Q) Why should I use Print Asia? A) Unlike many merchandising companies we have European staff, on hand to over see the entire production process. We are not relying solely on photographs to check quality, nor are we relying on a Far Eastern interpretation of what acceptable quality in the European arena. The reward…without the risk! Q) Can you generate the artwork? A) Print Asia can advise you on what forms of artwork are acceptable, and where required, supply lay down templates. Likewise with authors corrections. Q) What will I receive in the way of proofs? A) We can supply a full mock up within 7 days of order, if schedules are not sufficient to achieve this, detailed PDF proofing is used. Q) What are minimum order quantities? A) The minimum order quantities vary from product to product, some products can be as little as one piece! Q) Can you obtain safety approval? A) Yes, If we are producing a bespoke item for you, we can get this tested and approved to European standards. This can take some weeks however, and there are costs involved. Q) How long will my order take to produce? A) We use a vast range of suppliers, from many Asia-Pac countries. When you receive an estimate from Print Asia you will be given an indication of schedule. The only variables that may come into play are adverse weather conditions at sea, and any unforeseen hold-ups at Customs and Excise. Q) Do you have an ethical buying policy? A) Yes!, prior to any order being placed, prospective suppliers are subjected to the Print Asia Q.P.E Test (Quality, Procedures, Ethics) no supplier will added to the supplier base whom are not offering their staff fair and humane treatment, a good, clean and comfortable working environment and under no circumstances is employing any form of child labour.
